FAQ
When will my project be ready?
Most projects will be prepared and a proof will be sent within 24-48 hours. This will be subject to the number of requests received. Priority will be given to open house ads.
Will you pull photos off the MLS?
No, you must have all relevant information, including photos. The ones on the MLS are often not a very good resolution.
If I request multiple marketing pieces will they all be completed at once?
Not necessarily, some marketing pieces may be ready quicker than others.
If printed materials are ordered when will they arrive?
Based on prior experiences Vista Print generally delivers in about 10-14 days.
Do I need to supply a credit card for printed orders?
No, charges will be placed on your account at RE/MAX FIRST.
